From November 28 to 30, 2024, Care & Rehabilitation Expo China (CR EXPO) took place at the China National Convention Center in Beijing. The event was hosted by the China Disabled Persons’ Federation and organized by the China Assistive Devices and Technology Center for Persons with Disabilities and the Beijing Disabled Persons’ Federation.
Zhejiang Zeanso Technology Co., Ltd. presented its independently developed Jiguang smart knee at the expo. Visitors explored innovations in Chinese smart prosthetics, experienced new technologies and services, and exchanged ideas on advancing the prosthetics industry and improving rehabilitation services.
Zeanso combined product displays, user interaction and technical discussions at the event. Zhu Chuang, a member of the China Mengzhi Team and a Zeanso product ambassador, demonstrated the product and shared his personal experience of using Jiguang. The demonstrations attracted media, industry professionals from China and abroad, specialist visitors and users. They reflected Zeanso’s commitment to independent innovation, the development of Chinese smart prosthetics and a more accessible everyday life.
Zeanso believes that a product’s value lies in making smart prosthetics available to more users and growing alongside them, so that technology that supports mobility becomes something people understand, share and help shape together. The company has developed capabilities in gait-intention recognition, biomimetic control algorithms and miniature intelligent hydraulic damping systems. These support a smart knee designed to make walking and movement easier and more natural. Zeanso also continues to improve its user services, addressing concerns about using the product and helping people rebuild confidence and their daily lives.
Alongside ongoing improvements to product safety, intelligent functionality and after-sales service, Zeanso works directly with users. It offers opportunities to try Chinese smart prosthetics and tailors each prosthetic configuration to the individual’s body and needs, helping users maintain stability and balance and make full use of the product’s functions.
With the theme of technology supporting shared well-being, this year’s CR EXPO covered 22,000 square meters and attracted more than 300 companies and organizations from China and abroad. More than 10,000 innovative rehabilitation and assistive products, technologies and applications were presented. The exhibits covered clothing, food, housing, mobility, daily living, medical care, education and recreation, bringing together industry, education, research and users to support further development.
Building on CR EXPO 2024, Zeanso will continue to create change through technology and move forward with users, exploring new possibilities for a better everyday life.
